Of Swedish nationality, Victoria has spent most of her adult life studying and working across USA, France and the UK gaining fifteen years of management experience in talent development and leading change in large matrix organizations including PricewaterhouseCoopers, L’Oreal and Ernst & Young.
During her career Victoria has held consulting and line management positions on country, European and global level. Across these roles she has successfully led and implemented leadership development solutions as well as large-scale change initiatives to transform corporate culture, reinforce functional integration and facilitate globalization.
Throughout her professional history, executive coaching has played an increasingly important role in Victoria’s work to improve business performance, which resulted in the completion of a Master’s degree in clinical coaching from INSEAD in 2001. A member of the ICF she has been working as an executive coach and senior facilitator on a variety of leadership development programs in her role as Director at Mannaz leadership institute as well as for her own business Chiterra since 2009.
Some of the organisations for which Victoria has delivered her services include EADS, Tetra Pak, Canon, European Investment Bank, Dalkia, Gazprom, Alfa Laval and European Space Agency.
Victoria is based in Paris. She works in English, French and Swedish.
